The next step is to find your dream home (if you haven't already)! During this process, you will sign a Form F and this makes up the contract for the purchasing process. It is an agreement put together by the real estate agent, signed by you and the seller, outlining the timescales and terms and conditions of the property purchase. We will always check the Form F on your behalf before you sign it. *please check your pre-approval.

The valuation will be carried out by a third party instructed by the lender. This will require physical access to the property you are buying. This allows the bank to see the accurate market value of the property.
