Terms and Conditions
The campaign is organised by Holo, and participation constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions:
Terms and Conditions
- Employees and immediate family members of Holo are not eligible to participate.
- Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
- Participants must submit a mortgage enquiry, and the mortgage application must be submitted through Holo’s designated channels during the campaign period September 3rd to November 3rd 2024.
- Participants must have their loan application approved by the bank via the issuance of the Final Offer Letter (FOL) and have signed the FOL to be eligible as an entry in the campaign/promotion.
- One winner will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible entrants as of November 13, 2024.
- The winner will receive a design consultation experience and home furnishings (limited to items agreed by ēlancē during the design consultation) up to the value of AED 200,000 from the promotional partner ēlancē.
- The winner will be announced publicly on Holo’s Website/Social Media Platforms on December 9, 2024.
- The prize will be fulfilled by ēlancē, and ēlancē and Holo will make arrangements around the winner’s schedule to ensure timely fulfillment of the prize.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
- In the event that the drawn winner has already furnished their home and does not wish to claim the prize, Holo will offer a discretionary payment of AED 20,000 and proceed to draw an alternative winner at random. Any alternative winner will be awarded the prize to a maximum value of AED 100,000.
- Holo reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and to disqualify any entry that breaches the terms and conditions.
- The winner must provide valid identification and proof of a signed FOL to claim the prize.
- Participants will be disqualified if they fail to meet the campaign eligibility criteria or provide false information.
- The winner will be solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges associated with the prize.
- Holo reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- By participating, entrants grant Holo and its promotional partner ēlancē the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
- By participating, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from the firm. They can opt out at any time.
- Holo shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the campaign or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
- Any dispute arising from the campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
- By participating in the campaign, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
